Federal Families First Coronavirus Response ACT (FFCRA)

You may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave under the FFCRA if you are a parent or guardian who has to miss work to care for your child due to school closures related to COVID-19.

Unemployment Insurance (UI) & Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA)

If your employer is not covered by the FFCRA, Unemployment Insurance (UI) and Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) benefits may be available if your child's school is shut down or only offers distance learning and there are no other options for childcare available.
