Athletic Online Carpool Instructions
1. First go to: https://sportsnethost.com/castrovalleyhs-parent
2. Log into the account that you set up to clear your student for athletics.
3. Select Driver Application from the menu on the left.
4. Complete the application and Megan’s Law. More than one application can be submitted if both parents want to drive.
Important: You must upload photocopies of the following for each volunteer driver:
Driver license
Declaration pages of the insurance policy (NOT insurance card)

Please Note - The school district requires that volunteer drivers carry liability insurance of no less than $100,000 each person and $300,000 each accident for bodily injury
5. Once you submit all forms online they will be reviewed. You will receive an email advising of the status Approved or Incomplete. It is Incomplete the email will detail exactly what is missing.
**REMEMBER – ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE RETURNED THE “VOLUNTARY AUTHORIZATION FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM AND MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION (student)” MAY PARTICIPATE IN CARPOOL. THE STUDENTS MISSING THIS FORM MUST BE TRANSPORTED BY THEIR PARENT.
