For Students: The Wellness Center will be open for Wellness Breaks soon! Please stay tuned for open hours for the 2026/27 school year. If you would like to make an appointment, you may do so now. Pleaese read all information below:

 Wellness Center Appointment Request 2026/27 

This form is for non-urgent communication between students and our Wellness Center staff. It is not intended for use in situations requiring immediate or urgent mental health assistance. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis or need immediate support, please reach out to an adult on campus immediately and in person if possible. (Consider your grade level counselor: 6th grade Ms. Lopez, 7th grade Ms. Acuña & 8th grade Ms. Ruffin, or any adult in the office or on campus).

Please remember that someone from the Wellness Center will respond to your request and meet with you within one week of your submitting your request. Your well-being is important to us, and we are here to support you in any way we can.
