Here is a list of the workouts we did during remote learning. Feel free to do them again or use them as a template and create your own workouts. You will need a timer. I use Gymboss for our workouts. You will need to create the timers, but once you do and save them, you can just go back to those saved timers. Remember to push yourself to get better, stronger, and faster, but also listen to your body.
