Contest Times: starting at 3:20 pm (Each contest is about 50-60 minutes.) Checking in: 3:10pm
Contest Locations: CLIP Classrooms (Room 45, Room 47 and Room 49)
Contest Dates: Monday 1/13/2025 through to Friday 1/17/2025
Winner Announcement: Wednesday 1/22/2025 online; Friday 1/24/2025 on Morning Announcement
Award Presentation: Friday 1/24/2025 lunch time in Room 47

Calling for volunteers
To promote the Chinese language and culture among Miller students, the CLIP program is holding an annual contest - the Miller Chinese Language Arts Contest (Miller CLAC).
The contest invites all Miller students to participate in various contest categories including Speech, Impromptu Speech, Chinese Read Aloud, English-Chinese Two-way Translation, Chinese Composition, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Painting, etc. The goal of this contest is twofold:
1) to promote cross-cultural understanding through the study of the Chinese language and arts, and
2) to highlight for students the benefits of mastering a foreign language.
We are looking for volunteers to help with various aspects of the contest. We need your help to make this event a success. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
