A list of resources we can utilize to ensure our students meet state requirements for health examinations, but more importantly to keep our kids healthy is provided below. Nurse Bozarth will send paperwork at the beginning of the school year. If you sign up your student they will receive dental exams and care at school.
Tuscola School District is allotted 2 student vouchers per month at All About Eyes in Mattoon, IL. The student will receive a free eye exam and free pair of single vision lenses with frames, if glasses are needed. Please reach out to bozartha@cusd301.org, if this a need for your student.

Located just north of the N Main and Sale St intersection right before Kelsey Furniture.
Contains important hygiene items (deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste, socks, pads/tampons), peanut butter cracker packs, lots of jelly, and some canned items.
