Pass/Fail Option

Once a request is submitted, the student’s counselor will review the submissions and the family will receive a confirmation email and may be contacted by the counselor with additional considerations. Students should continue attending class and completing all required work for the remainder of the semester. Students must be logged into their CUSD 200 accounts to access the request forms. All senior submissions must be received by May 14th. Students in Grades 9-11 must submit requests by May 28th.
