Prior to selecting the Pass/Fail option, read the below criteria and reach out to your counselor with any questions. Senior requests must be submitted by Friday, May 14th. Students in grades 9-11 have until Friday, May 28th to submit requests. A counselor may contact you to discuss your request if necessary. Students must be logged into their CUSD 200 accounts to access the request forms.
“P/F” Request - Criteria to Consider
No minimum grade requirement.
Student is expected to continue putting forth maximum effort toward learning.
Student is expected to participate and complete all required assignments/ expectations.
Student and Parental Approval Required.
With approval, students will
Remain in the course for the entirety of the semester.
Earn a “P” if they end the semester with 60% or above
Earn an “F” if they end the semester below 60%
The “P” or “F” grade is recorded on transcript.
“P” does not calculate into G.P.A.
“F” will be calculated into the G.P.A.
Pass results in credit for the course while Fail does not.
