Registration Website (Closed for 2024)

The registration link for Track & Field will be active soon. CUSD200 and the WWS Athletic Department continue to use FamilyID for all extracurricular registration. This system is paperless and includes the IHSA physical form. You will need to upload a current physical. Please be reminded that a current physical is good 395 days after the date of your current UPLOADED physical.
