Portfolio Requirements

(All italicized titles have a corresponding document)

Academic Skills:

  • High School Academic Reflection -- Fall
  • High School Academic Reflection -- Spring
  • Two Academic Artifacts (best work from selected classes)

Citizenship:

  • 15 hours of service -- signed log
  • Community Service Reflection

College and Career Readiness:

Naviance activities --

  • Create/update Resume
  • Find Your Fit -- College SuperMatch
  • Career Interest Profiler
  • Plan Courses

In addition, complete two of the following:

  • Participate in a college 5th period workshop (College Presentation form)
  • Participate in a Career Choices event (Career Readiness form)
  • Go on a career and/or college- related field trip (College Presentation or Career Readiness form)
  • Listen to a career-related guest speaker (Career Readiness form)
  • Engage in work experience outside of school (job, housework, yard-work, etc.) (Work Experience form)
  • Reflect on a Project-Based Learning Experience (PBL Reflection)
  • Engage in extracurricular activities (sports, clubs, theater, etc.) (Extracurricular Experience form)

Personal Growth

  • Soft Skills: Setting Personal Goals
  • Two Personal Artifacts (something that demonstrates growth)
