Library Lunch Pass Requests

Library LUNCH Passes are for SAME DAY only and must be created in SMART PASS.

Please have your scheduled lunch pass request in by the beginning of 2nd period for it to be considered.  When creating your pass, in the message field put what lunch you are coming from- the from location is COMMONS (and note for example,  3A) and what you are coming to the library for (ex. quiet place to read, homework, project with a classmate, etc.)  Do not come down unless you have received notification that your request was approved. I am currently not approving passes for students to come down from their Kahok Connect, that would need to be initiated by their teacher and be associated with something the student needs to do academically, since KC work is skill building and students should not miss it.

If you are coming during your lunch period you must first eat lunch and then report to the library.

Please keep in mind that the library is a busy place and due to classes/activities the number of passes available may fluctuate daily.  During busy times passes may be limited.  They will be issued 1st come first served and may not be issued for multiple days in a row.  We want to help as many different students as possible.
