Request a library lunch pass

Library Lunch Pass Requests (will begin Sept. 7, 2026)

Use Smartpass to schedule a library lunch pass.

Schedule a pass under the SCHEDULED tab to the LIBRARY.

You will need to fill in The COMMONS as your location and the time your lunch begins.

Passes are same day only and must be submitted by the beginning of 2nd Hour. 

Do not come to the library at lunch unless you have received notification that your SMARTPASS was approved.

3a:  10:30a - M, T, Th, F   10:12a - W

3B: 11:04a - M, T, Th, F   10:46 - W

4a:  11:34 a - M, T, Th, F   11:16a - W

4B:  12:08p - M, T, Th, F   11:50a - W

5a:  12:38p - M, T, Th, F   12:54p - W

5B: 1:12p - M, T, Th, F   10:12a - W

You must first eat lunch and then report  to the library.  Do not come down unless you see your pass was approved.

WHY WAS MY SMARTPASS DECLINED?  The library is a busy place and due to classes/activities the number of passes available may fluctuate daily and there will be days they are not available at all.  During busy times passes may be limited.  Lunch passes will be issued on a first come first served basis.
