What is a Mental Health Crisis? A mental health crisis is any situation in which a person's actions, feelings, and behaviors can lead to them hurting themselves or others, and/or put them at risk of being unable to care for themselves or function in the community in a healthy manner.

211 LA is the central source for providing information and referrals for all health and human services in LA County. The 2-1-1 phone line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, with trained Community Resource Advisors prepared to offer help with any situation, any time.

Tri-City Mental Health Center (TCMHC) was conceptualized as a comprehensive mental health service provider, dedicated to helping families and individuals of all ages reach their full potential.
