El colegio universitario se preocupa por el rendimiento académico de sus estudiantes, por esto el día 12 de agosto en las horas de la tarde se realizó la reunión de evaluación y promoción, donde los padres de familia y sus hijos se acercaban a hablar con cada docente con el cual el estudiante tuvo dificultades en el segundo periodo. Con esto, se buscaba proporcionar información y dar a conocer las notas obtenidas en este tercer periodo, con el fin de ayudar a mejorar el rendimiento académico.
Los profesores estaban ubicados en el pasillo de los salones del grado undécimo, con sus carpetas de notas para atender a cada padre de familia. A esta reunión solo fueron citados los estudiantes con dificultades académicas, pero también podían asistir los padres y estudiantes que quisieran conocer sus notas y su rendimiento académico.
