We are so happy to have you on our team and can't wait to get you set up for success! First, let's get you introduced to the new Curri Carrier Portal. Then, you will complete a brief assessment to receive your certification as a Carrier on the Curri platform.
The Curri Carrier Portal is where Carrier Owners manage their fleet, payout, and bids. We want to ensure that you enter all of the required information to have full visibility on the platform and to be assigned to the deliveries that best align with your team's capabilities.
Let's learn how to access the Carrier Portal, complete your Carrier Profile, bid on deliveries, and manage your fleet.
Go to carriers.curri.com.
Click "Log in to Carrier Portal".
Type in your email address and click "Login".
Enter the Verification Code that is sent to your email inbox and click "Submit verification and continue".
Check your email spam folder if necessary.
The Carrier Portal is organized into two simple tabs:
Deliveries
View deliveries available in your area to bid or claim.
Profile
Complete your Carrier Profile and keep it updated.
Enter your payout information.
Manage your fleet: Drivers & vehicles.
The information that you enter on your Carrier Profile is utilized to match your fleet to deliveries in your area based on your fleet's capabilities. Be sure to complete your profile in full and with accuracy.
Your profile also documents your carrier's DOT, MC, and IA numbers for legal verification.
"Save Changes" following any additions/edits.
How much a delivery pays is visible only to the Carrier Owner via the Carrier Portal when bidding on a delivery opportunity. Drivers will not see the amount that Curri pays the Carrier Owner.
The payout for each delivery is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:
Number of miles
Vehicle type requested
Size of the load
Market conditions (e.g., local regulations, demand patterns, gas prices)
The larger the vehicle, the longer the distance, the higher the payout.
To edit your payout information:
Go to your Profile in the Carrier Portal.
Click "Edit Payment Information".
Following the completion of a delivery, the carrier is paid out using the payment information that the Carrier provides in their profile. This process generally takes 0-3 days.
Carrier Owners are paid by Curri for the deliveries that they assign to their drivers. The Carrier Owner is responsible for paying their drivers thereafter via their own means.
Within your Profile in the Carrier Portal, scroll down to Fleet Details.
To add a driver or vehicle to your fleet, click the "Add to Fleet +" button and follow the prompts.
When adding drivers to your fleet, an invite will be sent to their email to create a driver's account or log in to accept. They will use the Curri Driver app to complete deliveries.
To edit existing Drivers or Vehicles, click the three dots to the right of the Driver Name or Vehicle.
Keep all information accurate and up to date so that you can be matched to the appropriate loads.
You will be notified when a delivery is available in your area that matches your fleet's capabilities. A link will be included in your notification message. Tapping the link will bring you to the available delivery and its details.
If you accept all aspects of the offer including the manifest, notes, and time expectations:
Select the driver and vehicle that you wish to assign to the delivery.
You may submit a bid or use the "Claim Now" feature. You can also edit your bid once submitted to improve likelihood of assignment.
If you are assigned the delivery, you will be notified.
If the delivery is already claimed by another carrier or is canceled, you may see a notice that states "This delivery is no longer available."
The driver assigned to a delivery is required to use the Curri Driver app throughout the delivery process for delivery confirmation. If you assign the delivery to yourself, you must also use the Curri Driver app throughout the delivery process so that the customer and our teams receive confirmations of progress and tracking.
This is incredibly important as this is a key feature that we provide our customers. This feature also protects our Carriers as it uses location tracking and time-stamped proof of pickup/delivery photos and signatures as confirmation.
It is also a feature of the Curri Driver app's automation to make the experience a better one for our drivers.
Not adhering will result in lower Driver Scores which do affect a Carrier's perceived performance on the platform.
Driver performance is critical to carrier success on the platform. Drivers receive scores for each delivery they complete. They are rated and may receive profile badges based on:
Timeliness
Proof of Delivery quality and quantity
Self-Unassignment from deliveries to which they are assigned
Customer Service through communication, presentation, and care
