Begin the morning on our newly made trail through the redwoods. From there, you will be led through a gentle, grounding yoga flow, perfect for all levels.

We'll end with a seasonal lunch on our patio.

Celebrate the Autumn Equinox, a sacred moment when day and night stand in perfect harmony. This seasonal mini retreat invites you to slow down, reflect, and celebrate the abundance of the harvest while gently preparing for the quieter months ahead.

We wll begin the afternoon hiking on our newly made trail that weaves through the redwoods with moments of Forest Bathing. We'll return to the studio for a restorative Sound Bath, and end with a light autumn inspired dinner shared in community.

Expect peaceful forest moments, rituals rooted to encourage balance, soothing sound healing, and a beautiful afternoon honoring when day and night are perfectly balanced.
