This 3.5 hour immersive experience is designed to honor the deep, introspective energy of the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year. It offers participants a much-needed opportunity for profound rest, inner nourishment, and emotional renewal during the busy holiday season.
The practice centers on the concept of the "Dark Night of the Soul," utilizing the Solstice as a liminal space between darkness and light. We will explore themes of introspection, death (letting go), renewal (rebirth), and the unwavering promise of new beginnings.
✨ What to Expect:
Solstice Intention Setting: Ground into the season’s energy with essential oils and mindful ritual.
Restorative Yoga: Melt tension and rest deeply in supported poses with optional nurturing assists.
Guided Yoga Nidra Journey: Travel through the liminal space between dark and light, awakening the seed of renewal within.
Integration & Journaling: Reflect, write, and let insights gently land.
Nourishing Closing: Share tea, light lunch, and heart-centered connection.
