My main office is in the Centre of Carlisle, the gateway city to the beautiful Lake District, in the North of England, and is easily accessible for those living in Cumbria, the North East, and Southern Scotland, and is within easy access to train and bus services, and nearby parking.

My office is a 5 minute walk from Carlisle Train Station, and 5 minutes from the main Stagecoach Bus Station.
Disc Zone parking is all within a few minutes walk of the offices, with paid Car Parks at The Lanes Shopping Centre, The Halston, and the Viaduct Car park, to name but a few.

£70 per session for psychotherapy
£80 per session for clinical supervision
£100 per session Neurofeedback (Reductions are available for block bookings)
I also provide help via EAP services with Aviva, Axa and other insurers, and other commissioned routes.
I offer a number of reduced rate spaces.
