Homework Menu

Welcome to our Homework Menu – a flexible, choice-based homework system designed to support every learner’s needs, strengths and stage of development.

Instead of one-size-fits-all homework, pupils can choose tasks that match their S-Stage (S2–S5). Each stage reflects the skills they are currently building in reading, writing, maths, communication and independence. By choosing from a menu of tasks, pupils can work at a level that feels achievable, meaningful and motivating.

Every week, pupils select 3–4 tasks from a range of subjects: 

• English

• Maths

• Science

• PSHE

• Art

Tasks are practical, varied and designed to develop key skills through real-life activities, creativity and structured practice. Families can support learning in ways that fit home routines, and pupils get a sense of ownership and success.

The aim is simple:
to build confidence, independence and enjoyment in learning through small, manageable tasks that match each child’s stage – not their age.
