Cultivating Confidence is shaped by years of working alongside people as they learned, struggled, adapted, and grew—often over long stretches of time.
Before becoming a coach, this work was informed by experience in education and counseling, supporting individuals across different stages of life as they built skills, navigated change, and learned to trust themselves again. That background didn’t teach quick fixes—it taught patience, perspective, and the power of steady support.
What emerged from that work is a deep understanding that confidence isn’t something people suddenly “get.” It’s something they build gradually—through consistency, encouragement, and being met where they are.
That experience shows up in coaching through:
A calm, steady presence that doesn’t rush growth
A belief in confidence as something built through practice, not pressure
Support for consistency that’s realistic, humane, and sustainable
An understanding that meaningful change happens over time, not all at once
This coaching isn’t about performance, productivity, or fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about helping women reconnect with themselves, build self-trust, and move forward with steadiness—especially after long seasons of giving or holding things together.
While this work is informed by years of supporting growth and development, Cultivating Confidence is a coaching space, not a clinical one.
The focus here is forward-looking, present-centered, and grounded in choice. Coaching is about clarity, consistency, and confidence—not diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
