The library needs your help!
We plan to renovate and add 5,000 square feet to our existing library building in 2026.
The Cullman Library was built in 1967 and needs important renovations to keep up with the growth of Cullman County, as well as to be compliant with the ADA and modern building codes. We are partnering with Williams Blackstock Architects for this project and are in the early phases of planning for our new library building.
We are also seeking opportunities to meet with local organizations to discuss our tiered giving model and room sponsorships for our Capital Campaign (fundraising efforts).
Here are several ways you can help the library:
Donations- please consider donating to the cause through our GiveButter campaign.
Support- everyday advocacy from our community goes a long way towards meeting important library needs. Encouraging a librarian makes a significant impact on their day-to-day lives.
The Friends- joining The Friends or simply attending Friends events helps the library tremendously!
Tell us how we're doing! We are always trying to find new ways to provide for the community. It helps to hear your feedback so we know what adjustments to make.
We are using Givebutter to maintain donations that are designated for the new library fund. We have set our goal at $1,500,000 for the renovation and addition of 5,000 square feet.
If you would like to make a one-time donation or a recurring pledge, please click the button below to be redirected to our Givebutter site and make a secure transaction.
