Nala is a 7-year-old, 60-pound pit mix looking for the right person or family to spend the rest of her life with. She is sweet and low maintenance but has a strong prey drive, so she must be the only animal in the home.
Nala was surrendered after her owner moved and elderly family members could not take care of her.

Nala completed a board and train where the trainer determined that her prey drive is exceptionally strong. This means that she fixates on other animals and cannot be trusted to control herself around them.
No other animals
Can be a low-activity household since Nala is a low-energy dog
A person, couple, or family who will show her love by giving her belly rubs and lots of pets
Nala has been fine with kids, but children would need to understand her boundaries and leave the adults in charge when outside of the home
Nala is a sweet girl who just happens to get along better with people than with other animals. Could you be her new favorite person? If you think you and Nala might be a good fit, please contact Copper's Dream rescue to learn more about her or to set up a virtual or in-person meeting.
