Introduction to Squash and Stretch - Ball Bounce
- Students take notes and follow along with teacher presentation.
- Student create a 2 Ball Bounces in one scene (up-and-down ball bounce & Ball Bounce with arcs) Using Motion Tween
- Create a detailed background

Learning Target
- Students will create a two Ball Bounces that will have squash and stretch using the motion tween techniques.
Success Criteria
- Define (Principles of Animation) Squash and Stretch, Timing, Arcs and Slow IN & Out.
- Using the drawing tools to create an appealing background that will not visually distract from the ball and create a two-toned ball. (Apply exposures)
- Evaluate the volume and mass of the a ball and the dimensions to create the illusion of 3D.
- Apply keyframes and motion tweens to create movement.
- Evaluate the timing and movement of a ball when it bounces to add in the principles of animation to make it look more realistic.
- Finish Motion Tween Timing Assignment from Week 8
- Practice motion tweens for test on Thursday Oct 10.
