Delete Your CuCu Account
You can delete your CuCu account and all associated data at any time.
In the app (fastest):
1. Open CuCu and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm
Your account and data are permanently deleted.
By email:
If you can't access the app, email support@cucu-ai.com from your
account email address and request deletion. We process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
Your profile (skin type, concerns, filters), saved products, folders,
scan history, and account email — permanently, and cannot be recovered.
What we keep:
No personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymous product/ingredient
catalog data that is not linked to you remains.
