Enrolling at Cumberland Middle School?
The completed form can be emailed to eellinghausen@cucps.k12.va.us or dropped off at the Cumberland Middle School Office. Once this form is received, we send the records request to the previous school division.
The registration process usually takes at least two days but can take more depending on how quickly we receive all required documentation, including immunization records, physicals, grades, testing records, behavior & attendance records, and any IEP's, 504 plans, EL plans, and custody agreements. If you are able to provide any of the above documents, or a copy of your student's birth certificate, updated immunizations, physical, current grades  this can help expedite the process.
Once all documentation is received by us, we will schedule your student and contact you with a start date.
