On a district borrowed iPad, how do I install a missing app or reinstall an app?
To install apps on a district borrowed iPad you need to use the Catalog. Tap the icon (left) to open the Catalog. Once the catalog opens (right), you can scroll through the list of apps to download and install the desired app.
If an app has not loaded correctly or is stuck in the installation process...
...then hold down on the icon for a few seconds until the X appears on the icon. Tap the X to remove it and then reinstall the app. Tap on the circle HOME button to then exit delete mode.

On an iPad for primary students, follow these directions to save a website as a shortcut icon.
Once you are on the desired website, click on the send icon.
Scroll through the second row to find & tap the "Add to Home Screen" icon.
Next, click Add. This will create a shortcut icon on one of the home screens.
