Usage rules

   1. Purpose of use

• Study, study or discuss in groups.

• Provide conference organization services upon request.

   2. Discussion Room Rules

• Do not make noise to affect the outside self-study area.

• Do not write on the table. Wipe the board before checking out.

• Maintain general hygiene in the discussion room.

• Place the seat in the correct position after use.

• No recreational activities are held.

* The team leader is fully responsible to the Board of Directors for any damage to the room's facilities and equipment after use.

* Any violation will apply according to the provisions of the Library’s rules.

Step 1: Readers contact the librarian at the Reception desk to register to borrow a computer.

Step 2: Readers go into the Computer Room, sit in the position designated by the librarian.

Step 3: When you have finished using the computer or the library service is closed, notify the librarian at the reception desk to return the device. 

Notice: 

• Readers are allowed to use USB, the Library is not responsible for errors or loss of personal files stored on the computer. 

• Do not open the computer without registering to use it at the Reception desk;

• Do not access constructive information ;

• Do not move, disassemble, install software, or change computer configuration;

• Do not touch the computer screen;

• Food and drinks are not allowed in this room.

• Time of using the computer can be limited/changed to match the demand of computer use in the Computer Room.

• Any violation while using computers will apply according to the provisions of the Library’s rules

Opening hours: 

• Morning: 7:00 – 11:00 

• Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00

• Apart from the above time, readers can contact the reference desk to be supported

1. Documents used on-site

2. Readers have demand for using CD-ROM, please contact staff at the reference desk to complete the loan procedure.

3. Comply with the rules of the library and reading rooms; read the instructions of the library and contact staff at the reference desk for help.

4. Food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the room.

5. Do not do any damage to documents such as notes, cut, tear, mark, or fold materials and pages

6. Use not over 3 documents at the same time. Return the documents after using them to the original position; do not mess up the position of the shelves.

7. Check the condition of the documents before using, and inform the library staff in case the documents are in bad condition. Any violation will apply according to the provisions of the Library’s rules.

8. Do not arbitrarily take documents outside the room without permission

9. If readers have a demand for copying materials, please contact staff at the reference desk for support.

10. Handling violations: readers who do not obey the rules, based on the level of violation, will be handled in accordance with the rules of the library.

1. The areas include indoor and outdoor.

2. Keep clean: do not toss rubbish and paper; do not chew gum and spit; no smoking and junk food

3. Speak softly, walk slightly

4. Do not relocate chairs and tables without permission; do not climb, write, draw, or carve on the tables

5. In case the equipment is not working or lost, inform the library staff immediately.

6. Readers are responsible for preserving properties and equipment in the self-study areas.

7. Handling violations: readers who do not obey the rules, based on the level of violation, will be handled according to the rules of the library.
