ABOUT

The Science Club was started with an  intention to invite many eminent scientists who would share their experience with the students and motivate them to pursue scientific knowledge. Activities are designed primarily to induce students to undertake interesting/exciting science and technology projects. The purpose of the Science Club is to promote interest, understanding, and knowledge of the scientific world amongst the college students and local community. The club aims to organize Seminars, Workshops, Exhibition and Quiz competitions to inculcate knowledge and skill in the field of science.

OBJECTIVES:

• To encourage scientific attitude and provide opportunities for practice in scientific method.

• To better understand scientific knowledge through science experiments

• To allow them to hone their skills in the field of their interest

• To create a firm foundation of knowledge in past and recent inventions in science.

ACTIVES OF SCIENCE CLUB:

Students will get opportunities to:

• Organize Seminars, lectures, Quiz, debates etc.,

• Holding Science exhibitions and fairs

• Preparing mini  projects, charts, science models, postures etc.,

• Science Day Celebration

• Celebrating birth days of Indian and Foreign Scientists

• Conducting Technical and Non-Technical Events

• Displaying science news

• One minute experiments
