SCHOOL BASED HEALTH CENTER (SBHC)
The SBHC at HATS currently offers counseling and medical services. Our Nurse practitioner Mrs. Linnea Lang, APRN is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 7:30am to 2:30 pm. She is in the school nurse’s suite. Our counselor Clare Gelissen, LMFT is available Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 2:30pm and is in the counseling suite. Families must sign up with a one-time application to receive confidential medical and mental health services. Families with commercial insurance are responsible for co-pays.

Services include:
Provide individual and family therapy sessions to students
Connect students to community resources
Coordinate referrals for medication evaluations if appropriate
Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and administrators to support students success in school
Refer for medical services if necessary
