SCHOOL BASED HEALTH CENTER (SBHC)
The SBHC at HATS currently offers counseling and medical services. The center is an additional layer of services for the students here at HATS. Our Nurse practitioner Mrs. Linnea Lang is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 7:30am to 2:30 pm. She is in the school nurse’s suite. Our counselor Clare Gelissen, LMFT is available Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 2:30pm and is in the counseling suite. Families must sign up with a one-time application to receive confidential medical and mental health services. Families with commercial insurance are responsible for co-pays. Forms are available through the link below "FORMS" and on the school web site and in the nurses office.

Provide individual and family therapy sessions to students
Connect students to community resources
Coordinate referrals for medication evaluations if appropriate
Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and administrators to support students success in school
Refer for medical services if necessary
