My greatest strength as a communicator is my ability to clearly articulate my thoughts while actively engaging with others. For instance, in my role as a furniture designer and CNC programmer, I often explain complex design concepts to team members who may not have technical expertise. By breaking down ideas into simpler terms and using visuals when needed, I ensure that everyone understands the plan. One area I would like to improve is my ability to handle difficult conversations more effectively.
