This means I excel in being organized, focused, and working well with others while considering their needs. These traits align with my interest in Manufacturing and project-oriented fields. It was interesting to discover how much I value efficiency and collaboration, which supports my ability to manage tasks and contribute effectively in team settings.

To achieve my career goals in Manufacturing or related fields, I will need to pursue certifications in areas like project management, lean manufacturing, or workplace safety. Apprenticeships or workshops will also help me gain practical skills and further develop my decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Attending industry networking events will also be key in enhancing my Social Awareness and building professional connections.
