The most interesting thing I learned about myself is that between Creativity, Critical Thinking, Conscientiousness, Social Awareness, and Leadership, they are all around the half-mark. Im a little above half on Creavtivity and Critical Thinking while I'm below half on the rest. Leadership is the only one I have that is red and significantly below half.
Motivation to continue learning: What continuing education, certifications, apprenticeships, etc. will you need to complete to achieve your career goals?
To achieve my career goals in architecture, aerospace engineering, or civil engineering, I plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture. I also aim to earn advanced certifications like CSWE (Certified SolidWorks Expert) to enhance my skills in mechanical design, which is valuable across these fields. Gaining hands-on experience through apprenticeships or internships in architectural firms or aerospace engineering companies will be crucial for building practical knowledge. Additionally, as technology evolves, I’m committed to continuing education in areas like sustainable design, advanced manufacturing, and aerospace innovations to stay competitive and excel in my career.
How do you demonstrate a strong work ethic in the workplace?
I demonstrate a strong work ethic by being reliable, focused, and committed to completing tasks to the best of my ability. I consistently meet deadlines, take initiative, and stay organized. I maintain a positive attitude, collaborate well with others, and adapt to challenges to ensure quality work and team success.
Employability skills include punctuality, professional dress, dependability, positive attitude, time management, and other general qualities and skills that help us succeed in any career.

What is one area of growth in which you would like to improve your employability skills?
My greatest area of strength in employability skills is dependability. I make it a priority to be on time, meet deadlines, and ensure that my work is completed accurately and consistently. My reliability has helped me build trust with teammates and supervisors, contributing to successful outcomes in projects and tasks.
One area I would like to improve is time management. While I’m generally organized, I sometimes find myself dedicating more time than necessary to certain tasks. I want to get better at balancing multiple responsibilities more efficiently to increase my productivity and reduce stress in fast-paced environments.
