When offering help to a customer, I start with a broad search. My search typically begins after the customer hints at what they need. If they are looking for a product, I would take them to that aisle while also asking what are they looking for in that product. I try to cater to their needs so they are satisfied while also having more knowledge about the product.

I would practice kindness and consideration to customer complaints by trying to understand their problems. I think that all consideration starts from having the kindness to understand someone, and kindness is the consideration to understand someone too. Every customer is different, whether it is their diversity, differences, or other inclusions. To ensure quality, successful customer service, it is important to keep those in mind because not every customer will understand your words and intent. Some might understand the words related to your profession, others might not, so it is important to be inclusive to all types of people when trying to ensure quality, successful customer service.
How can inadequate customer service result in the loss of potential revenue?
Potential revenue increases when you keep customers and fulfill their needs as a business. A major way businesses help customers is through customer service, which helps to boost revenue. But if you have someone providing inadequate customer service, you can lose customers, which means you lose potential revenue.
