Roles and Responsibilities

Unit Sergeant Major (USM Jason Leo)

• Guides the unit by giving a clear goal and vision

• Ensures the discipline of the unit

• Guides the respective ICs in carrying out their task

Assistant Sergeant Major (ASM Htet Shine Aung)

• Assist the Unit Sergeant Major

• Ensure no one is adjusting during formal reporting

• Ensures the competencies of cadets

Junior Cadet IC (SSG An Yong Shyan)

• Ensure the discipline of the junior cadets

• Settle admin matters regarding the junior cadets such as taking attendance

• Teach the junior cadets basic foot drills and help them overcome their problems

Senior Cadet IC (SSG Ethan Lee)

• Ensures the discipline of Senior cadets

• Settle admin matter regarding the Senior Cadet such as attendnce taking

• Impart knowledge on intermediate foot drills, urban ops, arm drills

• Start to inculcate leadership values in the Senior Cadets to prepare them for taking over the CCA in Secondary 3

Cadet leader IC (SSG Reyhan)

• Ensures the discipline of the cadet leaders

• Settle admin matters regarding the cadet leaders such as attendence taking

• Impart knowledge in Urban ops, arm drills and intermediate foot drills for cadet leaders

• Prepare the cadet leaders to become better leaders so that they are prepared to take over

Senior cadet leaders IC (SSG Aidan Ong)

• Ensures the discipline of the senior cadet leaders

• Settle admin matters regarding the senior cadet leaders such as taking attendence

• Revise urban ops, arm drills and foot drills with senior cadet leaders

Physical Training Instructor (SSG An Yong Shyan)

• Ensures the fitness of the platoon

• Ensures the safety of the platoon when doing exercises

• Lead the platoon in doing exercises

Communications and Publications IC (SSG Aidan Ong)

• Guides the members in the team in creating the website

• Ensures that the website is running smoothly and that information can be disseminated

Logistics and Room(3SG Wong Jing Heng)

• Ensures that everyone's bags is put in the room and safely secured

• Assist in taking out equipment in the room when needed and make sure that no equipment is lost

• In charge of the cleanliness of the room

Precision Drill Squad Ic (SSG Royce Goh)

• Ensures the safety and discipline of cadet when handling the drill rifles

• Guides the cadets in their rifle drills

• In charge of choreographing moves for competition

Freestyle Drill Squad IC(SSG Shyam Saravanan)

• Ensures the safety and discipline of cadets during FSD

• Guides the cadets in their hand movements

• In charge of choreographing moves for competition
