About Us
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is a military cadet corps youth organisation supported by the Singapore Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education. As of 2020, it had a total strength of 11,000+ members, consisting of Officers, Cadet Officers, and cadets, amongst others. The Corps is represented in 125 Secondary Schools with a total of 146 units - 108 Land units, 18 Sea units, and 20 Air units.
Why join NCC?
NCC would provide early training for future aspiring NS men, along with an early experience of gun handling, and even live-firing!
We have various events, such as:
Urban Ops, where we make use of dummy rifles to clear classrooms/urban environment
Gun Handling and Live Firing, where we would learn how to use a SAR-21, and even get the chance to shoot it!
Camps, Nerf Experience, Outdoor Cooking and more!!
