B. Time Limit. 

An appeal filed under this rule must be made within 24 hours of the time when the rule interpretation of the National Americanism Division is issued. Such appeal may be made by telegram, fax, email or mail-a-gram and shall state the precise points of contention that are the basis for the appeal. If an appeal is not filed within 24 hours to the National  Americanism Division, an interpretation will not be considered.
