A. National Appeals Board. 

There is a National Baseball Appeals Board (hereafter referred to as “the Board”) composed of 

1. The chairman of the National Americanism Commission, 

2. The chairman of the Baseball Committee,  

3. A third member appointed by the chairman of the National Americanism Commission. 

The chairman shall also appoint two alternate members. 

The term of office for board members and alternate members shall be one year.
