Reporting a bug

These details help us find and fix problems quickly:

• Which game, plus your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)

• What you were doing and what went wrong

• A screenshot or screen recording, if you can

TestFlight testers can also take a screenshot while playing and tap Share Beta Feedback to send it straight to us.

Over Stacks questions

Do I need internet to play? No. The game works anywhere, including in airplane mode. You only need internet for the leaderboards, and scores you earn offline are sent the next time you're connected.

How do the leaderboards work? Sign in to Game Center (Settings > Game Center) and your scores are added automatically. Best Score is all time. Daily Challenge resets every day at midnight UTC (8 PM Eastern in summer, 7 PM in winter), and everyone plays the same puzzle that day.

My score isn't on the leaderboard. Make sure you're signed in to Game Center and connected to the internet, then open the leaderboard again. It can take a minute to show up.

Where is my progress saved? On your iPhone. It stays through updates but is erased if you delete the app. Leaderboard scores are kept by Game Center.

Can I move my progress to a new phone? Your leaderboard scores follow your Game Center account. Achievements, themes and stats stay on the phone where you earned them.

Does Over Stacks collect any data? No. Scores go to Apple's Game Center only if you're signed in. See the Over Stacks Privacy Policy for details.
