Over Stacks Privacy Policy · Effective October 12, 2026
Data collected by us: none. Over Stacks has no accounts, ads, purchases, analytics or tracking, and we never receive your personal information. The only thing the game sends online is your score, to Apple's Game Center leaderboards, if you're signed in to Game Center.
Nothing. Chuckers Studios does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal information. The app does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or any other personal details.
To remember your progress, the game saves a few things on your iPhone only:
Your best score, streak and lifetime stats
Achievements and titles you've earned
Your chosen theme and settings
This information stays on your device. We can't see it, and deleting the app removes it.
Over Stacks has two leaderboards, Best Score and Daily Challenge, run by Apple's Game Center.
If you're signed in to Game Center on your iPhone, your scores are sent to Apple and shown on the leaderboards with your Game Center nickname and picture.
The Friends tab shows how your Game Center friends scored. iOS asks your permission before the game can see your friends list, and the list is only used to show that tab.
Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. Scores go to Apple, not to us, and we never receive your Apple Account, email or real name.
Game Center is optional. If you're not signed in, the game works the same and your scores stay on your phone.
If you're offline, the game holds your score and sends it to Game Center the next time you're connected.
You can sign out, change your nickname, or control who sees your profile in Settings > Game Center on your iPhone.
If you tap Share score, the game makes a score card picture on your phone and opens the standard iPhone share sheet. You choose whether and where to send it, such as Messages or Mail. That app handles it from there; nothing is sent to us.
If you choose Save Image, iOS asks your permission before adding the picture to Photos. The game can only add that picture. It cannot see or read your photo library.
Apart from sending scores to Game Center, the app makes no network connections. There are no ads, in-app purchases, analytics tools or third-party code that collects data.
If you test a pre-release version through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share some information with us, such as feedback and screenshots you choose to send, crash reports, and your name or email if we invited you by email. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy. We use it only to fix bugs and improve the game, and we don't share it with anyone.
We don't collect information from anyone, including children. Game Center accounts, including children's, are managed by Apple and by parents through Family Sharing and Screen Time, where Game Center and friend features can be turned off or limited.
If a future version ever changes how information is handled, we'll update this page and the date above before that version is released.
