Building Services

Building Services is designed to provide training in the field of Building Services and Maintenance. Training includes instruction in the use of basic hand tools, power tools, and industrial cleaning equipment and repair work. Building Services students are training for custodial careers, maintenance personnel or future in the trades industries. Future careers may include maintaining schools, office buildings, hospitals, apartment houses, and sports venues.
