For any club interested in holding a fundraiser or event this school year, please have the club advisor complete the Activity/Fundraiser Proposal Form by October 16, 2026. 

Club Advisors will be notified by October 23, 2026 of approvals, rejections, or changes to the submitted proposal.

Once a fundraiser is accepted, changes to the fundraiser date due to club preparedness will not be considered.
