Hello 2026 CASL Conference Attendees! 

We can’t wait to see you next week! Here are final details. Please note changes may occur.

Address & Parking: Mystic Marriott, 625 North Rd, Groton, CT 06340

Registration: North Entrance Ballroom foyer

Sunday Preconference (for those who registered and paid for this event only):

• Registration: 8:00-9:00am (Note: no breakfast or coffee/tea)

• Session start time:

  • Melissa Stewart - 8:30am start time!

  • Makerspace - 9:00am

• The preconference ends by 4:00pm

• Bring:

  • water bottle (filling stations available)

  • notebook & pen/pencil

  • Computer/ tablet

• If you are attending the session with Melissa Stewart (8:30am-3:45pm), you will need the digital materials in this folder. Printed copies will be provided.

• If you are attending the Makerspace Workshop (9:00 - 11:45am), please complete this google form by Friday. 

• Lunch: Sunday - 12:00-1:00pm - provided for paid preconference attendees and Sunday presenters only

• Those who were in the Sunday morning Makerspace workshop will be in the AI Session with Kristen Mattson Sunday afternoon from 1:00 - 4:00pm

Awards Dinner / Fall Fling (for those who registered, paid, and/or are CASL award winners only):

• Dinner begins at 5:30pm. Cash bar available.

• After-party (open to all who would like to join us) begins at 8pm - games, making, and more!

Monday Conference:

• Schedule

• Registration, breakfast, exhibitor time: 8:00-8:45am

• Monday Welcome & Keynote start at 8:45am; Session 1 starts at 10am

• The day ends at 4:30pm

• Bring:

  • water bottle (filling stations available)

  • notebook & pen/pencil

  • Computer/tablet

• Monday Breakfast - 8-8:45am - provided with your registration

• Monday Lunch - 12:30-1:15pm - ticket provided with your registration

• Time to visit exhibitors with your BINGO card!

• Thanks to our exhibitors for providing raffle prizes!

Authorpalooza:

• Authors - list added to the Conference website soon!

• Bank Square Books will be there from 11:00am-2:15pm selling books by our Authorpalooza authors.
