FAQs for Exhibitors and Sponsors:

• Updated 9.29.26 When can we set up? Exhibitors can set up starting at 6pm on Sunday, November 1. Please note that tables will be unattended. You can also set up at 7am on Monday, November 2.

• What is the schedule for Monday, November 2? The schedule will be posted to the conference website by Sept. 29 and linked here.

• Raffle prizes: Let us know what raffle prize you will be donating. The deadline to be added to the passport sheet is Oct. 15. Email exhibits@ctcasl.org. You can bring the raffle prize to a CASL conference volunteer at setup on Monday, Nov. 2.

Join us at the 2026 CASL Conference! 

You are invited to be an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor at the Connecticut Association of School Librarians Biennial Conference on Sunday, November 1st and Monday, November 2nd, 2026, at The Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT. We hope you will join us. November 1st is our preconference with a sponsorship opportunity at lunch and also at the awards dinner and after-hours event that evening. November 2nd is our conference with both sponsor and exhibitor opportunities. We are thrilled to have keynote speakers Kristen Mattson (Teach DigCit) and Connecticut’s Lauren Tarshis, author of the beloved I Survived series.
