Introspective
My artwork questions and challenges the unhealthy relationships I have with society, the Fine Art world, the environment, myself and others.

This online exhibition is an accumulation of artwork I created towards the end of my graduate program; a time of great introspection. I can relate to the sheet of plywood being undervalued, unappreciated, and overlooked, which is why I use this material to anthropomorphically represent myself. Each piece is about my experience with anxiety and depression; visually depicting the wear and tear of life, and one reaching one's breaking point. As I dig deep into my medium and within myself, I hope to reveal the fragile and complex beauty that is within us and all around us.
