Who is Abigail Adams?
Abigail Adams, formally known as Abigail Smith, was the first lady to the second president of the United States and the mother to the sixth president. She was born on November 11, 1744 in Weymouth Massachusetts. At 19, she married John Adams, moved to Braintree where she raised 4 children, managed the farm, and household. She passed away on October 28, 1818 in Quincy, Massachusetts.
