Developed event concept and handled all planning, production and presentation elements for this event. Host and present to an audience of 60+ included internal FedEx employees, upper-level executives, and external vendors.

Conceptualize, planned, coordinated, produce, and provided on-hand project support for out-of-state tradeshows catering to audiences of over 500 stakeholders. Additionally, I arranged event entertainment, stakeholder presentations, vendor communications, and setup.

Developed four-week training and employee engagement strategy that boost my team from being the bottom store in sales for the district to the third-highest Red Card selling store within two months of implementation.
