RE: Weekly Memo
Week of October 10, 2022
Info / Updates
Call-Out Process
Going forward we will be enforcing the call-out process. As a reminder, these are the steps for if you need to call out of a shift.
Call the front desk hours ahead of your shift to let them know that you will not be coming in. This will give them the time to see if we can get the shift covered and what steps need to be taken instead. If they do not pick up, you can also message the Ops on duty through a GroupMe DM as well.
Leave a message in BSS GroupMe after calling the front desk to see if anyone is able to cover your shift for you. You are responsible to find coverage before the ACs or Erika have to step in, please message around in the chat and communicate with one another.
Make sure to send an email to Erika to let her know the situation, and CC the ACs as well. This way everyone is able to stay in the loop and informed about what is happening.
We are going to be taking records on the times that the correct steps are completed and discussing them with the team during their individual check-ins as it has been causing other issues with having the RAW run as smoothly as it should
Midterm Self Assessment
The midterm self assessments are due this coming Friday, Oct 14. We’ll be setting up times for the check ins next week to see how everyone is doing with the semester.
Linda has sent everyone an email with the link as well, if you cannot find it or did not receive it please be sure to let Erika know as well.
Messaging Procedures
Please make sure to check the schedule to see if the ACs are here before you message them. Both James and Marco are not always here so if there is an issue that needs to be settled immediately or in advance, reach out to the front desk or Erika if it is before 6p.
Connect2
This will be the last memo on the Google Form ! We will be switching over to the Connect2 program starting this week so next week’s memo will be over there.
If you haven’t logged in yet, please go in and set up your account as that is where the End of Shift reports will be as well.
Question of the Week: What is your favorite appetizer to get at a restaurant?

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of October 3, 2022
Info / Updates
Hey everyone, we hope that everything throughout the semester has been going good for everyone and no one is too stressed out with their obligations. If you are, please remember that we are all here for one another so don’t be afraid to reach out !
Updates as of 10/04/2022, we have moved the sweat towels that were on the floor back into EQR as we have been getting reports that the towels are disappearing. We aren't sure if members are taking them home or what the situation is but for now the sweat towels will be checked out from EQR like before or the front desk if EQR is closed for any reason. Just as with any other piece of equipment, make sure to check out any of the towels to members under the correct category and checking in the equipment when the member returns them so we can at least have a record on the towels. Thanks y'all !!
Pioneer Wellness Challenge x RAW Records
Just a reminder that we do have Pioneer Wellness Challenge (PWC) coming up this next week, and there are shifts available for people to help out with the score tallies and running the events. Even if you can only make it for part of the shift, please let Erika or the ACs know so we can add you or work with you because we need all the help we can get with this event. I have listed the dates and times below again in case you need a refresher.
Monday, Oct 10 / 8:15a-9:45a & 4:15p-5:45p
Tuesday, Oct 11 / 10:15a-11:45a & 3:30p-5p
Wednesday, Oct 12 / 8:15a-9:45a & 4:15p-5:45p
Thursday, Oct 13 / No event because of Pause for PAWs !
Friday, Oct 14 / 10:15a-11:45a
Midterm Self Assessment
Like we mentioned earlier, the Midterm Self Assessment is going to be sent out this week. We need everyone to complete it by this Friday, Oct 7, as we are planning on having check-ins with our team just to see how everyone has been doing with the semester and if they have any feedback or questions for us as well.
Infection Prevention
Thank you to those that were able to make it to the first “Infection Prevention Training” that was held with Linda this last Friday. As stated before, we need all of the new employees to attend the in person training session so once the next date is established we’ll assign people as needed with availability taken into account.
For returning employees, you just have to complete the training online through CSULearn as it expires year by year. It should be listed as the “RAW Center General Safety Awareness Training” and a link should be sent out shortly so if you have any questions please let us know !
Brailsford & Dunlavey Lunch
As some of you know, a couple weeks back some students met with two consultants about how we could expand both the RAW and Campus to make it more appealing and accessible to all of our students. Well they’re going to be here on campus this week hosting two lunches ! The first is this Wednesday from 11a-12p and then Thursday from 12p-1p (Marco’s gonna be at this one :D). If you would be interested in attending, please be sure to let Jen know asap as spaces are limited.
Following up after the lunch, they’ll be sending out a survey to all the students about what could be changed so keep an eye out for it on your emails and such.
Question of the Week: What has been your favorite Halloween costume that you have done before?

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of September 20, 2022
Info / Updates
Thank you all for joining in with our first BSS meetings last week ! We know there were issues with the location not being clear at first or people having to switch between meetings so thank you for being patient and it’ll be fixed by next week's meeting :)
President Sandeen Visit
Next Monday, President Sandeen is going to come visit the RAW at 2p so we need everyone to be doing their best all day. Please make sure to wear your work shirt and name tag, wear the appropriate clothing that is expected of us, and make sure everything in the facility is clean and up the standards as it should be. We will send out a reminder beforehand as well so make sure you’re up to date with everything.
Infection Prevention Training
We are going to hold training for all of our new staff on how to prevent infections in the event that someone gets hurt while here at the RAW. It will be on Friday, Sept 30th from 10a-11a and it will be facilitated by Linda, she’ll go over various tasks such as if there is blood spill and such. As such, we’re going to schedule as many of the new staff on the shift in Humanity to get them all done and out the way.
To our returning staff however, all you have to do is do the training online through CSULearn with the link being sent out shortly
CPR Certification
If you are interested in getting CPR Certified, please let us know as Linda will be holding occasional shifts available for pick up where you can get certified ! These shifts are unpaid, but the RAW will cover the cost of certification for you and can still reach up to 20 hours for the week as well. Just let either Marco, James, or Erika know so we can adjust the schedule accordingly
If you are already CPR Certified however, we would appreciate if you could send your certificate our way so we know who on the staff is prepared in the event that someone does need assistance as well. Again, if you have questions reach out to Marco, James, or Erika and we can help you out too :)
Midterm Self Assessment
Congrats on making it halfway through the semester already ! It feels like the semester is flying by and we appreciate all the hard work you all have done for us here at the RAW
With that, on the week of Oct 3rd, a midterm self assessment will be sent out where you evaluate yourself and what you have done here so far at the RAW. They will be due by the end of the week and we will conduct check-ins throughout the week of Oct 10th to see where everyone is standing so far.
Intramurals, PWC, and RAW Records
Along with PWC and RAW Records, we are starting to work to bring back Intramurals ! We have a tentative schedule for all the events starting in October onwards listed below. We will be sending out a google form to see who would be interested in helping run Intramurals since we would need people to ref the games and such. Plus its an extra opportunity for extra hours so win-win :))
Update: Here's the google form ! If we could have everyone fill it out by next Monday Sept 26 that would be great, and if you have any questions please be sure to reach out and let us know. Thanks !! https://forms.gle/AaFqjPmvMRVvUF999
Oct 3rd - Oct 7th: Badminton Doubles Tournament
Oct 10th - Oct 14th: Pioneer Wellness Challenge + RAW Records
Oct 17th - Oct 21st: Normal RAW Records
Oct 24th - Oct 28th: Volleyball Tournament
Oct 31st - Nov 4th: Break Week-Nothing Just Rest !
Nov 7th - Nov 11st: Futsal Tournament

BSS Meetings
From the next meeting onwards, we’re going to have you guys come up with the icebreakers and someone be a note taker !! We want us to be more incorporated with one another and familiar so everyone can team up and such. We’ll look through the dates so everyone has the opportunity to do both and will let everyone know their dates to come up with the ice breaker and such :))
That’s all for now, thanks y’all we appreciate everything you guys do for us !!
Question of the Week: What is your favorite thing about the Fall?
Memo

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of September 13, 2022
Info / Updates
This week is going to be our first BSS meeting for the semester ! We will send out the agenda later so that everyone can look over it before the meeting Wednesday and Friday respectively so this Memo will be pretty short.
If you are still having issues with your work email, we will be taking note of it during the meeting and ways that we can fix it.
We will be going over various tasks and activities during the meeting so please make sure to bring your laptop so that we can hopefully start to set some stuff up such as the Connect2 software that we have previously mentioned.
Question of the Week: What did you do to try and deal with the heat wave we had last week ?
Memo

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of September 6, 2022
Info / Updates
The new staff who joined us this semester should be getting their work emails soon! We apologize for the wait but it should be up by the end of this week, the very latest you should have to wait would be next week. With that being said, here’s some updates and things to take note of with getting your work emails !!
Everyone should be getting access to their online training now that you have access to your work email. It’ll be called CSULearn and please make sure to do it while you are here at the RAW on the clock ! If you have any questions, please reach out to the ACs or Erika.
Starting within the next week or two, we are going to start having bi-weekly meetings with the Building Support Staff ! Due to availability, we’re going to offer two meetings throughout the dedicated meeting week so that everyone can join so keep an eye out both on Humanity and through emails to stay up to date for when we start those.
We are going to introduce a new system called Connect2 once all the work emails are in, it is a program that allows us to more easily communicate with one another and stay up to date with different things going on here at the RAW. It’ll be where the end of shift reports will be located, the memos, etc so please keep an eye out for any emails to sign in and get it all set up as well.
Please remember that when you are working in EQR, to put equipment back in it's correct location where it is supposed to be. We have gotten reports that some of the equipment hasn't been put back leading to confusion about where things are or what is checked out. It is important that when something is checked out by a member, the right version is checked out on Humanity (ie, someone checks out PAD-65, then Fusion should reflect that on the member profile) to avoid confusion especially when there is rotations of shifts from one person to another.
Question of the Week: What was something fun you did over Labor Day weekend ??
Memo
RE: Weekly Memo
Week of August 22, 2022
Info / Updates
Thank you to everyone for coming out this Saturday for our All RAW meeting ! It was great getting to do it in person again and having everyone from all the departments there to get to interact with each other. Hopefully going on from here, there can be more communication and teamwork within everyone in each of the departments as needed.
*Updates as of Aug 23
I wanted to give y'all a quick heads up that if you are staffed to work in the Fitness Centers early in the morning or at night, you may be asked to help with opening up the Relaxation Room in the event that someone has set up an appointment for that time frame as we are trying to keep it available all day during facility hours. It would be as simple as disinfecting the space with the wipes in the purple container or green H2Orange2 bottle above the far left computer shelf and escorting the person to the back room if needed. I included a link to a paper with the procedures that would be done with the Relaxation Room and can go over it with you if wanted as well.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CE2-Aj4-WOF3rKeBLMv2BItROQZ_HxjfwtNG3X8mVtA/edit?usp=sharing
Just a reminder to all of our staff to please be through when cleaning the fitness centers, especially during closing. We had received an observation report of weights not being placed back in the proper place or trash being around the facility as well. We understand that the facility is much busier than it used to be so it is important that we take the time to make sure all the bottles are filled, any spare red towels are put in the towel bins, weights are placed back where they are supposed to be, trash is picked up from the center, etc to keep a good example both for our students but staff that come in and use the RAW as well. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't be afraid to reach out to Marco, James, or Erika for assistance and guidance.
*Updates
We will be sending out self-plans within the next few days with all the goals that you hope to accomplish for yourself. The due date will be sent as well, but please keep a look out for it within your emails and make sure to turn it in within the period that we set up.
We have al Fresco coming up this Thursday ! If you don't know what it is, al Fresco is our annual event here during the first few weeks of the semester where a bunch of clubs, organizations, and departments on campus will go and table allowing for new and returning students to learn about what we have on campus. There's free food and events so it's a great resource if you have the time on campus to go and socialize. As such, we'll be out there too !! We have shifts available for it where you can table for us and answer people's questions about the RAW. Right now we have it as two shifts listed below that are free to pick up right now, but reach out to James, Marco, or Erika if you have any questions about it.
Aug 25th, 10a - 12:45p (4 slots available)
Aug 25th, 12:30p - 3p (4 slots available)
Following the next day from al Fresco, we have the Pioneer Street Fair ! It's an event that Housing holds where they invite all the students in the dorms to come out and play a bunch of games and events carnival-style. We'll be helping run the event by working one of the booths so if you're available feel free to pick up the shifts as long as it falls within your 20 hour limit !
Aug 26, 2:30p - 4p (No more slots available)
Aug 26, 4p - 5:30p (2 slots available)
Aug 26, 5:30p - 7:15p (2 slots available)
*Reminders
If you have an availability changes that come up within the next two weeks of the beginning of the semester, please make sure to email Erika about it and include James and Marco in the CC so that we are all in the loop about people's availability.
If you are going to be late to your shift or need to call out of a shift, please remember to call the front desk to let the Ops at the front desk know so they can plan accordingly by finding someone who can cover your shift or see if there's any other alternative that we can figure out. The front desk phone number is (510) 885-4749 so please make sure to keep it in your phone just in case. Additionally, reach out to James, Marco, or Erika as well to let them know so we can make an announcement in the Building Support GroupMe as well. If you have any questions, let any of us know.
Please remember to take your 15 mins breaks as needed. If you are working more than 2 hours, you are allowed to take a 15 minute break as long as you communicate it with the Ops staff so your area still has coverage. For your 15, you DO NOT need to clock out and are free to head to the break room in the back of EQR or to the patio out by the front if you wish. Again, just make sure that the Ops staff are given notice ahead of time so no area is not left alone. Please take your breaks between an hour and half into your shift or 2 and a half hours into your shift so you don't wait till you're almost off to take it.
Remember to not leave your area unattended. If you need to head out for a quick second to use the bathroom or help a different staff member, make sure to use to the walkie to have an Ops staff or another staff go cover you until you get back. This stands especially true when it is the end of your shift and the next person hasn't arrived yet. If you can, it is ok to stay until the next staff comes in. Otherwise, call for the Ops on staff or the AC if they are here to come cover for you as anything could happen and we want to be able to help out members in a timely fashion.
Question of the Week: What is your favorite food/food combination?

Updates
Welcome back everyone! We're very excited for the upcoming semester and glad to have everyone back within the RAW! Let's all work together to have a great Fall semester and be able to lean on each other as needed. To our new staff, welcome to the team ! We're happy you decided to join us and look forward to what everyone can bring together :)
If you have not sent in availability forms, please do it ASAP as the first two weeks of the semester schedule is up already and we are planning to schedule 2 weeks out from now on so we need to know when you would be available to work. This is given if there is any changes within your schedule and if there any extracurricular activities that you would have such as games or practices for athletes and such. If there is any issue, please make sure to reach out to your ACs and Erika within an email so that we are all in the loop about the current updates with our staff.
This upcoming Saturday is the ALL RAW Meeting, it is a mandatory 5hr meeting with the whole RAW staff to get to know each other and go over general programming and plans for the upcoming semester. An RSVP form was sent out by the Full-Time Staff last week that should have been completed already, so if you have not please do it immediately so we know how many staff are going to be present and how much we have to accommodate for.
Please remember to follow RAW policies such as proper footwear, wearing our work shirts while in the floor, and making sure that there is red chemical towels and spray available for our members to use as it is expected for there to be a lot more traffic this semester than before. If you have any questions, especially as new staff, please reach out to you ACs, Erika, any other coworkers, or Full-Time Staff for assistance as needed.
Thanks everyone !! Looking forward to a great semester :))
Question of the Week: What're you most excited for this semester ??

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of August 1, 2022
Updates
We're in the last week of summer now ! Again, I want to thank everyone for all your hard work this summer with a lot of system changes, managerial changes, and things that happen with life in general causing for somethings to have to be changed last minute. You were all so understanding and supportive of everything and I appreciate it a lot. Let's enjoy this last week of summer and then our break for next week until school starts !!
That being said, if you haven't yet be sure to respond to Erika's email filling out the google form with your availability for the upcoming semester so we can plan ahead to see if we would have enough staff to be able to do a soft launch for the 2 days before the semester starts or not.
I would also like to remind you all of the mandatory All RAW meeting that will be held on Aug 20th from 9:30a - 4:30a to learn about the RAW and our programming plans for this upcoming Fall semester. It is integral that we are all there so please do your best to make yourself available to be there if you have other obligations such as another job or other extracurricular activities that you are able to get the time off.
If for some reason you are not able to make a shift, please make sure to 1) email Erika, Jen, and me along with 2) calling the front desk at least 15-30 mins before your shift so they know as well.
Question of the Week: If you could have a dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?

Updates
VIP @ the RAW
Last weeks VIP @ the RAW went really well ! It was a good turnout and had a lot of participation from everyone involved both from O-Team, the incoming students, and from the RAW as well! This week is the last one (which I believe it is already filled up with workers) so let's make sure that it goes really well ! Thank you to anyone who has helped out with any of the overnight events, whether it be with set up or actually being there we appreciate it a lot.
Other
If you are going to continue to stay with us into the Fall Semester, please respond to Erika's email concerning your availability for the upcoming semester so that I can start looking at scheduling. If you have multiple things going on such as sports or other extracurricular activities where you know what days and times you are going to be busy, feel free to shoot me an email (while making sure to CC it to Erika too) so I can put everything together into an Excel sheet with the dates and general availability
Question of the Week: Where is somewhere you have always wanted to travel to?
Memo
RE: Weekly Memo
Week of July 18, 2022
With the summer coming close to an end, I just wanna thank everyone for all the work that you guys did this summer. It's been a lot of transition from people starting new roles to adopting new systems that we want to use in the future, thank you for being so understanding with all the changes and everything that happened!
For those that are going to continue working here in the coming semester, if you wouldn't mind sending me your availability between classes and extracurricular activities to start looking towards some scheduling for the coming semester that would be greatly appreciated. I will be sending out an email in the next week or two asking for this as well so be on the lookout please!
VIP @ the RAW events
We're coming up on our last two VIP @ the RAW events, with a large turnout expected for both. This upcoming Friday we are expected to have 40 students and then for next Thursday we are supposed to have 90 students so we need anyone who would be available to help! Let me know if you would like to be added the schedule through email, GroupMe, or any other method and I'll be sure to add you :))
Updates
We are in the process of implementing this new system called Connect2 which will have the tasks for each shift listed, the new place where memos will be posted, where end of shift/day reports will be, and more. I am in the process of implementing the tasks right now and as soon as I get more information I'll let everyone know what the next step is.
If you are scheduled in the Fitness Center, please make sure to check the H2Orange2 bottles and red towels on the first floor, second floor, and studios since we typically only have one person covering both floors for the summer. It's important to just do at least one run through at the beginning of your shift to check on everything so our members have everything they need. If you are the only one in the Fitness Centers, make sure to float between the two floors throughout your shift too just to make sure members are following protocols and our rules as well.
Question of the Week: What super power would you like to have?

I know that the memos haven't been updated in a while but now that I have access to them they'll be back on the normal weekly schedule :) Below I have some updates and just general announcements or reminders so that we can all work together to help enjoy the rest of the summer and get ready for the next school year. If you ever have any questions or need to reach out about anything, don't hesitate to ask either through GroupMe, in person (although you may have to remind me, I have a lot on my plate rn haha), email, or any other form of contact you can think of!
Updates
Scheduling: I do wanna apologize with the scheduling for the summer, I know it's been very frantic with a lot of last minute changes due to us having such low numbers for the summer. However, if you do need anytime off or have anything come up, please let me know ASAP preferably a week out if possible so we can adjust the schedule as needed and find a way to cover the shift or area. Erika and I will be coming up with a time-off request sheet so if anything comes up last minute, please use it to let us know ahead of time.
VIP @ the RAW: Our two VIP @ the RAW events were successes, for the most part. The next ones won't be until the second week of July so feel free to sign up for them as we expect the attendance for the dates in July to be higher than they were in June. RAW RECORDS
We are bringing back a version of the RAW Records to the Fitness Centers! There is a leaderboard located in the first floor fitness center, and people can try and compete in different categories to set a RAW Record. The categories are bench press, back squats, mile run, pull ups, and push ups. All fitness center employees will be able to count and record the mile , push ups, and pull ups, but only Justin and Erick will be allowed to record the bench and squat records due to safety concerns. There are RAW branded water bottles behind the desk in the first floor fitness center which are meant to be given to people who attempt and set a record on the board. The rules and regulations are all posted on the board, but please reach out if there are any more questions.
PIoneer Wellness Challenge
PWC is coming back to the RAW for the week of the 21st! There will be stations all around the RAW with opportunities to engage with our GS members. For those scheduled there will be stations you will be in charge of, more information will be provided
Court List
Court 2 is now open for business! We are currently doing time slots with basketball, badminton, volleyball, and table tennis. Please make sure to look at the corresponding times.
First come first serve, but as an example if someone wants to play basketball (or a non with nobody playing the corresponding sport, they can but they must stop if the corresponding sport has members that want to play

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of February 21st
Immediate Updates
Mask will not be required in the RAW as of 3/1/22. Here is some more info from Jen:
Anyone can choose to continue to wear a face covering whenever they choose to do so based upon their personal preference.
No one is allowed to inquire about the vaccination status of another employee nor RAW member.
Masks are available at the RAW Front Desk should an employee, member, or individual from the campus community request one.
Badminton and Monopolization
It has come to our attention that some people may check out too many racquets or have too big of a party. We are going to implement new rules for the time being so please follow them until there is any new information. Rules are as follows:
Only 4 members to a net meaning only 4 racquets per court.
Based on volume of people, you may have to ensure it is only one racquet per person
Currently 45 minute time slots, so make sure the time requested and play is documented
Towel Service
We are putting sweat towels at the FC so that members can check them out seamlessly. You do not need to check out each towel to members, but monitor usage and returns. Ensure that there is a basket of sweat towels on the first and second floor FC.
New Equipment!
We have some new equipment to check out! Ensure that they are returned in the same condition as they were checked out.
Some items are: Mobility sticks. Push Up Board on the 1st Floor FC, and updated equipment such as Badminton Racquets
THIS MEMO MAY BE UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK
Question of the Week: Name your favorite childhood cartoon characters

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of February 21st
Programs
We will begin implementing RAW records soon! (More information and detailing coming soon)
Equipment Orientations will resume again. We will be attempting to host big Equipment Orientation tours so that we can help out multiple people at once
Pennant Check Out System
Ensure we are handing out a pennant when we are checking out the equipment. The person checking it out has 30 minutes to use equipment and return the pennant. It is first come first serve, so monitor usage and communicate with OPS to find the best strategies
Remember to be more diligent with our cleaning. Also, please be more accurate of what machines you write down in the EOS because we will be monitoring that
Important Staff Reminders
Changes and time off requests are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to find coverage or attend the shift if this is the case
Wipes are in the Men’s locker room. Contact OPS if you need to resupply the FCs
Message from the OPS memo: “ There has been some confusion as to how to sign up for the Open Recreations on Court #2 and how long each group has. Requests are on a first come, first served basis, how requests are made are to be through the sign up sheet, where the member put down the designated person in charge of their group to be able to reach out to in case that group needs to be followed up with. Each group has 45 minutes to play + a 10 minute warning to wrap up their game, unless there is nobody else requesting a different set up, in order to better know how long each group has been playing, Ops needs to make sure to note down the time a request was set up, so please make sure you are going back to EQR and writing down the time they started their activity. This will help you better know if they have reached their time limit and who is next. Please also ensure that signs are made one per group, there can not be a group of 4 signing up 4 times back to back, signs up are one per group. If members come in to meet with their friends who are already playing and just jump in with them, that is fine, but once the members who originally signed up time is up, all their time is up, they can not just switch out if there is a list of people waiting for their turn already. I know this is a lot of information so if you have any questions please let me know so I can help better explain this! :)”
Question of the Week: Name a different equipment each shift that you either love or are not comfortable with
Memo
RE: Weekly Memo
Weeks of January 31st and February 7th
WELCOME BACK EVERYONE! I hope everyone had a great break and is ready to take this semester on
News for February 7th
Some updates are as following:
Say hello to James! James is now Co-AC. If you have to email us, make sure that Erika, James, and I are all attached
VOLLEYBALL, TABLE TENNIS, and BADMINTON: In EQR you will find there are RAW pennants that each have one of these items attached. When a person asks for the system to be set up, please make sure the pennant is checked out to them and that they know when they are done, they need to return the pennant to the front desk or EQR. This should help us manage that space a bit more and provide us with some names and people to follow up with if and as needed.
As discussed in the ALL RAW meeting, bandanas and neck gators are not allowed in the RAW, if members do come in with them please do give them a KN95 mask and ask that they wear that one while in the building.
Programs are going to be installed in the FC, such as RAW Records and a Leaderboard. It will be the duty of a BSS to document any challenges that are taken place! More information coming soon
Equipment Orientations will be resuming again so look out for messages checking in to see if you can host one. If you want to volunteer to host one, please let me know ASAP!
BSS staff meeting time is currently being worked on. Please be on the lookout for that so we can have everyone on the same page
Some updates and organization will be happening to EQR and FCs. More information soon

RE: Weekly Memo
Week of October 11th
Staff Updates
Staff meeting this Friday. Remember to be stationary and attentive at meetings.
It's been brought to our attention that some staff who are asking door screening questions may be remaining more diligent than others, who might not be taking it as seriously at this point and/or not seeing value in them. There have been two instances of members responding yes, that Covid is still present on campus and in the community, and that while the screening questions, may feel tedious they are critical in our efforts to keep the building open and operating accordingly. Thanks :)
