COLLEGE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The college shall produce graduates who are:
Knowledgeable in applying fundamental concepts and principles in managing Hospitality Industry;
Competent in demonstrating managerial, entrepreneurial and technical skills in Hospitality Industry;
Capable in exhibiting highest ethical standards in their workplace as well as social and environmental responsibility.
BS Hospitality Management Program Intended Outcomes
The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program aims to produce graduates who are competent in hospitality operations, effective in communication, and collaborative in diverse professional environments. They are expected to uphold integrity, ethics, and accountability while promoting Filipino culture and heritage in a globally competitive context. Equipped with practical, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills, they are prepared to respond to industry needs, address global trends, and apply information and communication technologies in various hospitality functions. The program further fosters critical thinking, innovation, and a commitment to lifelong learning to ensure continuous personal and professional growth.

About Us
Cagayan State University – Aparri Campus is located in Barangay Maura, Aparri, Cagayan, a strategic site where the Cagayan River meets the Babuyan Channel. As one of the major campuses of Cagayan State University, it offers diverse programs in Fisheries, Information Technology, Teacher Education, Business, Criminology, Industrial Technology, and Hospitality Management. The campus is committed to quality and accessible education, with several of its programs already granted accreditation by AACCUP.
The College of Hospitality Management (CHM) is home to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program, designed in accordance with CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 62, series of 2017, which sets the Policies, Standards, and Guidelines for Hospitality Management education in the Philippines. The program equips students with competencies in hotel operations, culinary arts, events planning, and tourism services. Accredited Level by AACCUP, the College emphasizes academic excellence, hands-on training, and industry linkages to prepare graduates who are globally competent, service-driven, and ready to excel in the hospitality and tourism industry.
