Contacting Clairemont Staff

• Each teacher will be available for two office hours Monday-Friday where they will respond to questions and emails from parents and students. Teachers will be allowed to schedule a phone or a face-to-face conference when needed. Office hours and your teacher's email is listed under each Google Classroom link.

• Teachers will respond to a parent/student's email within 48 hours outside of office hours and during office hours they will respond within thirty minutes.

• If your classroom teacher has not been responding via email in the above time frame, please contact Dr. Curtis Armour at carmour@csdecatur.net .

• If your child does not have permission to participate in Google Meet with school staff, please email the Media Specialist-Mr. Gusta or the Technology Specialist-Mr. Demetrius Towns
