The Euphony Magazine

She Shines by Sophia Smith, Oil Paints

What is Euphony?

The Euphony Literary Magazine is a student produced magazine published at the end of every school year. We collect art and writing from students across Alta High and organize them into a purchasable compilation.

Submit to see your work featured, and make sure to buy a copy at the end of the year to see what your classmates have been creating!

Mission Statement

Euphony Magazine exists to encourage Alta High School students to learn about, pursue, and appreciate creative endeavor, to explore traditional forms, and to inspire artists and writer to discover, create and manipulate nontraditional forms.

We affirm the fundamental roles of Fine Arts: to help humans process and respond to experience; to create understanding and connection; and to allow participants to savor creativity, beauty, and existence.

Why submit?

This is a great chance to get your work published! It looks great on applications and is a great way to start getting your art or writing out there. Euphony also submits it's magazine to the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, meaning your work may receive awards from an Ivy League school.
