Led by renowned expert Paul Bernabei, this six- session series will equip administrators with effective strategies and practices to unlock the potential within their preschool programs. Through this interactive series, participants will learn how to eliminate negativity, tackle challenges head-on, and cultivate a thriving preschool culture from its very core. By focusing on the inside-out approach, administrators will gain valuable insights and practical techniques to inspire their teams, nurture growth, and foster an environment of excellence within their preschools.

Paul Bernabei is founder and director of Top 20 Training, a Minnesota based company that provides training seminars and materials to empower youth and adults to flourish in their experiences and relationships and develop their potential and the potential of others. He has been a teacher, counselor, coach, and administrator in Minnesota schools for over 40 years. He and his Top 20 team have trained over a million educators throughout the United States.
